A few months ago I attended Blue Man Group with my 12
year old son. We were fortunate to have seats just behind the splash zone.
He
loved every minute of it. And I loved seeing the excitement and joy on his
face.
He thought it was great to be blasted by paper, so he saved every bit of paper he could get his
hands on, wrapping himself in it like clothing. We probably looked very odd
walking down the street after that, but he was happy.
The teenage years of
indifference are just around the corner, so I savored the moment.
